How we work together, and what it costs

Price depends on your ICP size, how many segments we run and which markets you're targeting — a 12,000-account US mid-market list and a 900-account Nordic ABM programme are not the same job. So we quote on the call rather than posting a number here that would be wrong for most of the people reading it. What doesn't change is the scope, the timeline and what we're willing to promise — all of that is below, in full, before you ever speak to us.

Two ways to start

Recommended first step

Pilot — 6 weeks, fixed fee

One segment, one market, one written ICP. Full scope: research, infrastructure, copy, sending, reply handling, qualification and hand-off. Designed to answer one question honestly — does outbound work for this offer in this market?

  • A defined monthly account volume, agreed at kickoff
  • 6–8 touch sequence, per-segment copy
  • Sending domains set up, warmed and transferred to you
  • Weekly reporting, fortnightly calls
  • Full data and asset handover at the end, whether you continue or not
Ongoing

Retainer — monthly, rolling

For teams past the "does this work" question who now need volume and consistency. Multiple segments and markets, expanded sending capacity, deeper reporting, and named capacity reserved on your account.

  • Scaled account volume and additional segments
  • Additional sending domains and mailboxes as volume grows
  • Quarterly ICP review as your best-fit customer shifts
  • CRM integration and pipeline attribution
  • 30 days' notice, no long lock-in

What we guarantee

The work

Written into the agreement, not just onto a web page:

  • The account volume named in your agreement, contacted every month
  • 6–8 touches per prospect across email and LinkedIn
  • Every reply handled by a human within one working day
  • Every booked meeting meets the written qualification standard, or is replaced free
  • Weekly reporting and a fortnightly call, without you chasing for them
  • A live campaign within 10 business days of kickoff
What we don't guarantee

The number of meetings

Meeting volume depends on your market size, your offer, your price point and how well known you are — and none of those are things we control. An agency that guarantees a number is doing one of two things: padding the figure until it means nothing, or loosening the definition of "qualified" until the meetings are worthless to you.

We'd rather tell you this before you sign than explain it in month three. If a guaranteed meeting count is a hard requirement for you, we're not the right partner and we'll say so on the first call.

Common questions about cost

Why not price per meeting?

Because it changes what we optimise for. Paid per meeting, the incentive is to book anything that will accept an invite — and you end up with a calendar full of people who were curious rather than buying. We'd rather be paid for a defined amount of high-quality work and be judged on the held rate. If you want a per-meeting structure, we'll talk about it, but we'll want a qualification standard tight enough to protect you.

What's not included in the fee?

Domain registration and mailbox costs, and any third-party data or tooling licences bought specifically for your campaign, are billed at cost with the invoices attached. The amount depends on how many sending domains and mailboxes your volume needs, and we'll put a figure in the proposal. We don't mark these up.

Is there a lock-in?

The pilot is a fixed 6-week commitment because the warm-up period alone eats the first three weeks — anything shorter can't produce a fair answer. After that it's rolling with 30 days' notice.

What happens to the assets if we leave?

They're yours. Sending domains, mailboxes, the verified list, the suppression list, the sequence copy and the reporting history all transfer to you on exit. We don't hold data hostage as a retention tactic — if the work isn't worth renewing for, the data shouldn't be what keeps you.

Get a scoped number in one call

Bring your ICP and your average contract value. You'll leave the call with a realistic meeting range, a scope and a price — and an honest answer if outbound isn't your lever.
